Sustainability made easy: The Hirschen Group companies 365 Sherpas, VORN, and Zum goldenen Hirschen establish the One-Stop-Shop ‘nvgtrs.’ As skilled navigators, the 14 experts provide comprehensive advice to companies in all areas of sustainability, addressing regulatory, strategic, implementation-related, and communicative issues all in one place. For this purpose, ‘nvgtrs’ has introduced a specially developed tool – the Impact Navigator, allowing clients to maximize the benefits from their sustainability activities. Sustainability is not just effort and cost; it is increasingly becoming a winning theme and a success factor.
CSRD, LkSG & CSDD, Green Claims Regulation, EU Taxonomy: just a glimpse of the regulatory requirements companies face in the context of sustainability. A new consulting offering aims to address this and provide support across the entire sustainability spectrum.
(Regulatory) Know-How, Analysis, Strategy, Implementation, and Communication: From navigating the regulatory jungle to developing and implementing sustainability strategy, to internal and external communication of their activities, the new sustainability consultancy ‘nvgtrs’ alias ‘Navigators’ advises and supports companies in approaching and expanding sustainability comprehensively and impact-oriented.
‘nvgtrs’ promises to be the One-Stop-Shop for all questions related to sustainability in organizations. The Sustainability Consulting Unit is led by experienced principals from the three parent companies: Florian Teipel from 365 Sherpas, Marcel von dem Berge from VORN Strategy Consulting, and Dr. Franziska Schwarzer from Zum goldenen Hirschen. In addition to an internal Senior Advisory Board, the new consulting unit also has an external advisory board of experts from science, entrepreneurship, and non-profit organizations.

The fact that it is not always easy to navigate through the flood of possibilities and new regulations in the field of sustainability is undoubtedly a reason why some companies still struggle to position themselves well in the sustainability sector. “We want to help above all in finding the right focus – distinguishing between important and less important aspects and showing companies that they have room to decide and shape their focus, to position themselves as future-proof as possible. For this, we have developed the ‘Impact Navigator,’ which reflects and assesses the status quo on all levels of sustainability, and transparently indicates the next development steps in conjunction with the corporate strategy,” says Marcel von dem Berge, Principal at ‘nvgtrs.’
The new consulting offering emerged from a merger of three companies: the policy consultancy 365 Sherpas, the strategy consultancy VORN, and the communication consultancy Zum goldenen Hirschen. The bundling of different competencies for sustainability is considered by the new consulting unit as the key to successful sustainability strategies – also within companies. “Often, we see that sustainability in companies is still strongly thought of in silos. However, it is a topic that equally affects all areas, and it is essential to create and utilize synergies. With our broad portfolio of services, we also want to help overcome these silos in companies,” says Florian Teipel, Principal at ‘nvgtrs.'”

Over the next four years, they will be responsible for communication services to support public relations.
