
Valley Founder Jonathan Goutkin Joins Hirschen Group Partner Board
The Hirschen Group, one of Germany’s largest owner-managed agency groups, is pleased to welcome Jonathan Goutkin (33) as a new member of its Partner Board. Goutkin, Managing Director of Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley, brings his extensive digital, social, and influencer expertise to the agency group’s strategic leadership.
Since its founding in 2019, Jonathan Goutkin has led Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley to the top of the industry, establishing the agency as one of the largest social media agencies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
This success is the result of a consistent strategy in which Hirschen anticipated the rapid changes in the industry early on. ZgH Valley expanded its portfolio in 2021 with the founding of the influencer marketing agency Hype Hart and is now the fastest-growing social agency in Germany.
In 2024 alone, over 7,000 influencers were deployed and more than 650,000 assets were produced. Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley’s revenue for 2024 is forecast at approximately 65 million euros – a breathtaking growth of around 182% compared to 2023 (23.2 million euros). Currently, over 150 employees work for renowned clients such as L’Oréal, AIDA, ADAC, Edgewell, and OBI.
