Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley takes over the social media management of Buderus.

Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley (ZgH Valley), our specialized social media unit, has won the account of the renowned heating technology manufacturer Buderus. ZgH Valley will take over the comprehensive management and development of Buderus’ social media activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. With this win, ZgH Valley strengthens its comprehensive collaboration with Buderus and further expands its strategic support in the digital environment.

Cologne, January 29, 2025. Following the strategic cooperation with Zum goldenen Hirschen in the area of 360° communication announced in 2024, the acquisition of the social media account by ZgH Valley complements the collaboration to optimally position Buderus in social media as well.

As social media experts, the ZgH Valley team is developing an innovative, long-term social media strategy tailored to the needs of Buderus and its target groups. Their responsibilities range from monthly content creation and editorial planning to the ongoing maintenance of product pages on the website. A particular advantage for Buderus is the intensive cooperation with the ZgH special unit Media Nerds, which develops holistic full-funnel solutions to minimize scatter loss and enable sustainable growth. “Through close collaboration with Buderus and the development of a customized social media strategy, we aim not only to strengthen the brand’s digital presence but also to achieve greater brand loyalty and measurable business results in the long term. Our focus is on the optimal use of synergies between organic content and paid media measures to maximize both reach and relevance for the target group,” emphasizes Jonathan Goutkin, Managing Director of Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley.

In addition to media planning, there is a strong focus on community management. This includes interacting with the community, answering questions, and managing interactive content such as contests.
