Label Launch: ZgH Three consolidates Web 3.0 expertise.

The successful social agency Zum goldenen Hirschen Valley, which is already over 80 people strong just three years after its founding, is getting a "sister." Existing clients from retail, fashion, and travel, as well as new clients, will conquer the metaverse together with Zum goldenen Hirschen Three.

“The Web 3.0 is evolving at a breathtaking pace. The boundaries between social, PR, gaming, and shopping are fluid. We help our clients find the right approach,” summarizes Philipp Keller, CEO of Hirschen.

“Zum goldenen Hirschen Three guides clients step by step, from potential analysis to outstanding creativity to technical implementation,” adds Jonathan Goutkin, who, as the Digital Managing Director, is jointly responsible for the new label along with Label Leads Dawid Dudus-Löw and Mirek Sevim.

“Especially brands aiming to win over Gen Y or Gen Z should now focus on the technological future,” says Dudus-Löw, adding, “without fear of technology. Brand managers don’t need to be tech nerds to launch successful projects. But it certainly doesn’t hurt to talk to a few nerds who understand both tech and branding. We are ready.”

The Hirschen team launched their NFT-based employer branding program several months ago. In the spring of this year, the agency, with 6 locations and over 400 employees, not only launched its own NFT project but also became the first advertising agency to give real utility to Non-Fungible Tokens.

Each NFT is linked to numerous advantages and benefits. For example, a lifelong membership that extends far beyond the period of employment and connects former employees to a blockchain-based alumni network.
