ZgH Attract: Hirschen establishes a label
for employer branding.
Attractive employer brands attract talents. Ensuring this is the mission of ZgH Attract – a new label under which the agency Zum goldenen Hirschen consolidates its expertise in the field of employer branding. In times of skilled labor shortages, employer branding has become a central success factor in the competition for talents – the attractive employer brand is indispensable in HR departments. In recent years, Zum goldenen Hirschen has taken on employer branding tasks and implemented campaigns for almost every second existing client. A prominent example is the award-winning recruiting campaign for the German Customs, currently addressing young people as potential employees under the motto ‘Generation Customs.’
Now, the Hirschen Group, as a full-special-service agency, consolidates its expertise in employer branding nationwide under the new label ZgH Attract. The name itself encapsulates the goal: helping clients attract the best talents as an attractive employer brand. For companies and brands, as well as public institutions, employer branding has become a relevant field in brand and communication work.
“When everyone wants the same thing, namely skilled and labor workers, we have to make our clients’ employer brands relevant and attractive. This can only be achieved with a sense of the market, societal developments, and measures along the entire candidate journey that are constantly optimized,” says Mona Olwig, Digital Director at ZgH Berlin, who, together with Daniel Zöls from ZgH Stuttgart, takes the lead of the label.
“An employer brand must inspire talents through creative ideas. Especially with young talents, recruitainment is the key to success. That is the label’s demand for the topic of employer branding: delivering measurable results at the end of the application funnel with creativity,” adds Daniel Zöls.
ZgH Attract considers employer branding from strategy to the hiring process. “In the end, we do what we already do very, very well: effective strategy, clever creation, and tailor-made content. We consolidate our expertise for existing clients with ZgH Attract into a focused offering. With experts and success stories already written,” concludes Mona Olwig.
