We live, work and consult sustainably. One could just write that down and then go on to do a bit of waste separation. Alternatively, one can do it the Zum goldenen Hirschen way by, amongst other things, completing the toughest environmental certification in Europe. To then go on and separate waste, of course.

We continuously assess, manage and reduce our impact on the environment, with a primary focus on climate. Avoiding and reducing rather than compensating for CO₂ emissions is our priority. Certification processes, such as EMAS and ISO 14001 at our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart, help us to objectively quantify our efforts in this area. Our actions for the environment and climate are detailed in our Environmental Statement 2022.

Ecological sustainability is not just a megatrend for us.

Since 2020, we systematically and consistently examine how to improve our ecological footprint in the long term.

Carbon neutrality is important, but not everything.

Even better: transparently capturing all environmental impacts and setting concrete improvement objectives across all offices. Our CO₂ footprint was 2,081 t CO₂e in 2021.

Certificates and labels seem somewhat old school.

We still need them though! For our EMAS and ISO 14001 validations and certifications, we delve into all our environmental impacts.

Sustainability as stand-alone? No way!

Systemic challenges require collaborative solutions! An agency won’t save the world on its own. Where we can’t make progress alone, we bring in strong partners.
